Position Summary

Leads development, application, and evolution of business processes and continuous improvement initiatives for ADUSA Supply Chain organization, supporting Services, In Stock (including Logistics), and Procurement Governance

(including ADvantage. Works with cross-functional business partners and Subject Matter Experts to drive process consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness through elimination of waste. Partners with Training team to ensure new processes and/or process changes are communicated to impacted audiences accordingly.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partners cross-functionally to create and communicate a thorough and accurate picture of current state
  • business processes.
  • Regularly interfaces with stakeholders at the associate, manager, and director+ level within all functional
  • Supply Chain teams and groups as needed to develop and execute Business Process and Continuous
  • Improvement efforts
  • Leads analysis of current-state business processes and utilizes continuous improvement methodologies to
  • provide recommendations for improvement and efficiency.
  • Leverages project management skills to assist with testing and deployment of process changes, whilst taking
  • into account the timeline of overall organizational initiatives and priorities.
  • Partners with Training team to ensure new processes and/or process changes are communicated to impacted
  • audiences accordingly.
  • Utilizes disciplines of DMAIC, DMADV, and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies to support a culture of
  • continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Serves as the gatekeeper for process documentation, and updates and communicates these documents as
  • business dictates.
  • Tracks, monitors, and reports on progress against plans and opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 – 7 years relevant experience
  • Extensive business process and continuous improvement experience
  • Seasoned knowledge of DMAIC, DMADV, and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies

  • Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process-mapping software

  • Understanding of Supply Chain, including inventory management

  • Lean Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement Certification preferred
  • Change Management Certification preferred

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
