Skills

Strong customer-focused service skills. Strong problem-solving skills.

Degree

Bachelor' degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technology

Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, HRIS Software and leave of absence management software.

Communication

Effective communication, telephonic and organization skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.

Creative

Creative, self-directed and able to work well in a team environment.
