Brief Overview:

As the Lead Technical Business Analyst, you will support our senior management team to develop strategic partnerships for the company, perform competitive assessments, support complex negotiations, identify key collaboration opportunities and partnerships, and support product development, marketing, and sales discussions through cross-functional collaboration. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of R&D Partnerships.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the development of technology partnerships with vendors, prospects and partners.
  • Provide analyses to support sales opportunities and support deal execution
  • Develop and customize ROI analysis for the partnerships we identify.
  • Research market trends, opportunities and potential partnership opportunities using creative approaches to structure and synthesize discoveries into executable strategies
  • Evaluate and pursue potential strategic partnership opportunities
  • Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of dashboards that track key metrics to create actionable business insights
  • Influence key stakeholders to support business projects
  • Coordinate with cross – functional partners to produce better business outcomes

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field preferred
  • Moderate to strong technical skills/experience is required
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Experience with leading projects involving consumer or healthcare technologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with current technologies in the healthcare space is desired
  • Understanding of payer, provider, and hospital economics and trends is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability of using data to identify business insights & ROI analysis required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently are required
  • Proven ability to develop successful cross functional relationships with all stakeholders

Salaried, Exempt Roles:

The typical base salary range for this position is $120,000- $165,000. The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
