We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our Engineering team within our Pune division. Your job will be to automate and performance test our flagship product athenaOne mobile app, a cloud based mobility solution for world class EHRs and help us reach to thousands of physicians and simplify their clinical workflows. This will helps the physicians to spend less time in the EHR and more time with the patients.


Our Team is ignited and pushing limits for getting some of the best and challenging products out. We are looking for a automation engineer who is a fast learner and well versed in automation tools likes Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, BDD. Along with that you need to have exposure in performance testing tools like JMeter. You will be partnering with Product, UI/UX and Business leadership on a day to day basis for requirements and prioritization. You will be also responsible writing test automation and carry out performance testing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Product, UI/UX and Business leadership on a day to day basis for requirements and prioritization.
  • Create and execute automation test plan/suite, including test data creation for APIs and IOS app.
  • Create and execute performance tests, including test data creation
  • Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components and services in adherence with R&D policies on security, performance, longevity and Integration testing
  • Estimate the size of development tasks in story points.
  • Understand and follow coding conventions, architectures, and best practices.

Typical Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant experience in automation and performance testing

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with test automation tool and frameworks such as: REST-assured, Appium and Selenium
  • Experience/exposure to performance test tools such as JMeter
  • Familiarity of working in an Agile environment preferred
  • Hands-on experience in at least one programming language Java/ javascript
  • Exposure to object oriented programming and relational database technologies, RESTful API, WebUI (HTML 5, CSS).
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux
  • Familiarity with React Native and related automation will be an added advantage
  • Experience with AWS is a plus.
  • Exposure to security testing and tools would be an added advantage
