We are seeking a skilled platform manager with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the platform. This role will collaborate across marketing, marketing operations and IT to enable the marketing team to perform in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent program management skills.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across marketing, marketing operations and IT in support of our digital communications leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Responsible for overall Salesforce Marketing Cloud proactive monitoring and case resolution, in collaboration with IT.
  • Support the management of day-to-day operations in SFMC including marketing automation and email marketing, data stewardship, list uploads, lead flow and automation, marketing technology management, and reporting.
  • Work with IT and marketing operations to gather requirements and ensure marketing technology is properly integrated throughout the organization.
  • Lead root-cause and customer impact analysis related to misdirected and inaccurate customer communications, field mapping errors, etc.
  • Use analytics to troubleshoot issues with communication preferences, leads, data-extensions, trigger events, journey automations, dynamic content scripting, UTM parameters, & templates to support complex communication journeys for various tactics (email, SMS, mobile push, etc.).
  • Assist in managing the digital communications production workflow including release calendars, user acceptance testing, and production deployment.
  • Remain up to date on data privacy practices as new laws come into effect.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new functionality in SFMC.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of email marketing and operations experience. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification preferred.
  • 3+Experience building content, creating journey automations, and audience definition in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Applied understanding of both file-based and API triggered communication automations
  • Experience delivering solutions using agile methodologies and processes, including tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Salesforce configuration, testing, and deployment experience
