The Senior Marketing Operations analyst performs various data quality activities such as Data refresh, data analysis & validation to ensure Salesforce data is accurate, complete, standardized, and unique. The Sr. analyst is responsible for coordinating effectively with Marketing stakeholders to understand & correlate the requirements of ADHOC requests received and effectively process the requests within TAT and with accuracy, with limited guidance. The Sr. analyst will also propose and be part of various data quality projects to enhance Salesforce data quality. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter with strong knowledge of research and use of the internet to retrieve the required information. Have strong web research skills and decision-making capabilities to identify the trustworthy source of information.

Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Create and update the Practices, Hospitals, Health systems, ACOs, Payers and other US healthcare organization based on Company websites, web research and third-party sources to ensure that the Salesforce data represents US healthcare market.
  • Create and update the Executives, Physician and non-clinical staff information based on Company websites, web research and third-party data sources.
  • Perform CRM data quality activities such as records creation, update, deduplication, etc., in CRM to ensure data is complete, accurate and consistent.
  • Ensure that all assigned tasks and requests are managed and processed within TAT and with accuracy, with limited guidance.
  • Perform data imports and data refresh based on requests from various stakeholders adhering to data quality rules and ensuring a duplicate free load & ensure that accurate & timely information is available to Marketing & Sales users.
  • Complete ad-hoc data quality research requests within TAT with accuracy using strong decision-making capabilities, with limited guidance.
  • Initiate and be part of projects to enhance CRM data quality and to ensure that Salesforce data better represents US healthcare market.


  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • 4-7 years’ experience working in CRM (preferably Salesforce) and CRM fusion tools.US Healthcare Industry knowledge preferred.
  • Marketing operations work experience preferred.
  • Strong experience and hands-on in web research and data validation, with good problem solving and decision-making skills is mandatory.
  • Intermediate knowledge MS Excel skills with very good hands-on experience is mandatory.
  • Strong data analytical skills with the ability to uncover critical insights and drive action.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent time-management skills, with a proven ability to be highly productive and efficient in a team driven environment.
