Strong Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud implementor with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher and Financial report development in Oracle Financial Reporting Studio (FRS). Expertise in understanding Oracle data architecture and Fusion architecture and practices audit compliance.

You should be comfortable working in a dynamic DevOps environment practicing agile methodologies and possess excellent communication skills.

We are looking for Senior member of technical staff to join our athenaIT FinTech team. Your job will be to deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components as part of a high-functioning team. But enough about us; let’s talk more about you!

You are comfortable with enterprise clients and understand how they work and think, can craft approaches that are effective for important internal stakeholders. You possess strong problem-solving skills, with energy & enthusiasm for solving unknowns. You possess excellent communication skills, can multi-task effectively, manage multiple high priority projects and have worked in agile environment.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: technical expertise, team contributions, and cross functional coordination.

  • Produce accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications to the appropriate detail
  • Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components, integrations, and services in adherence with athenaIT policies on compliance, security, performance, longevity and Integration testing
  • Write, test, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes
  • Own the underlying data for Oracle Fusion and act as data subject matter expert
  • Write & critique technical documentation (including test scripts) as needed
  • Provide high level T-shirt sizing for the work required to build smaller software components and services. Accurately estimate the size of development tasks in story points; challenge other during estimation
  • Understand and follow coding conventions, architectures, and best practices; hold other members of the team accountable for doing so. Perform peer code reviews to ensure quality standards
  • Monitor and reduce technical debt & contribute/adhere to SDLC best practices
  • Adhere to athena compliance policies and controls in all work conducted
  • Act as the subject matter expert & build bench strength by sharing/learning relevant knowledge
  • Drive self-organization & take ownership of release deliverables and adoption
  • Work collaboratively across the Technology and Product organizations to ensure alignment towards business goals

Education, Experience, & Skills Required:

  • 4- 7 years hands-on experience in Finance Oracle ERP implementation, with 1-2 Years of working experience on Oracle Cloud (Oracle Fusion) implementation projects. Certified Oracle Fusion developers a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Strong software engineering skills and computer science experience
  • Experience in an Agile environment preferred
  • Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming, transactional report development in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BIP and Financial report development in Oracle Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
  • Customization of fusion application pages
  • BI Publisher (RTF design /Scheduling /Parameter Handling/Bursting /backup and migration of reports to different pods
  • Demonstrated good understanding underlying Oracle Fusion Cloud database tables architecture and flow between modules and Oracle Fusion Rest API’s,
  • Knowledge of EDI, B2B and common XML standards (XCBL, CXML)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules - Accounts Payables, Procurement, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Project Costing, Accounts Receivables
  • Should have experience in data migration using HCM Data loader, FBDI uploads, Spreadsheet Data Loader
  • Knowledge in Custom Role developments and cloud system administrative services.
  • Knowledge on Instance planning and managing the P2T refreshes with Oracle Cloud operations.
