Job Title: Commercial Strategy & Operations Senior Associate - Sales Enablement Platform Specialist

Position Summary:

This team member will lead the implementation and management of a sales enablement platform, ensuring it aligns with company workflows and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include configuring the platform, organizing content, and developing training materials for user onboarding and support. The position requires collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain content relevance and accuracy, while also establishing governance guidelines. Regular analytics and performance monitoring will be conducted to assess platform usage and identify improvement opportunities. The individual will work cross-functionally with various teams, participate in strategic discussions, and provide ongoing support to enhance the sales enablement process.

Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):

50% Platform Implementation and Management

  • Lead the comprehensive implementation and ongoing administration of a sales enablement platform

  • Configure and customize the platform to align with company sales workflows and strategic objectives

  • Design and maintain content organization, taxonomy, and user access protocols

  • Develop and refine sales content repositories and learning pathways

15% User Enablement and Support

  • Create robust onboarding and training materials for sales team platform usage

  • Conduct platform training sessions for sales representatives and sales leadership

  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for platform users

  • Track and resolve user-reported platform issues and enhancement requests

10% Content Strategy and Governance

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content relevance and accuracy

  • Establish and enforce content management guidelines and best practices

  • Regularly audit and clean up platform content to maintain high-quality, up-to-date resources

  • Develop and implement content tagging and searchability strategies

10% Analytics and Performance Monitoring

  • Generate regular reports on platform usage, content engagement, and sales enablement effectiveness

  • Analyze user behavior and platform metrics to identify improvement opportunities

  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate platform performance

  • Recommend strategic adjustments based on data insights

10% Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, commercial training, product, and IT teams

  • Participate in platform roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Represent platform interests in relevant strategic discussions

5% Ongoing Enablement Support

  • Operate as a key member of the sales enablement team

  • Provide ad-hoc support as needed for growing team

Education & Experience Required:

  • Advanced certifications in sales enablement or platform administration preferred

  • Proven experience with sales enablement platform (minimum 1-2 years administration experience)

  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or similar role

  • Previous experience implementing and managing sales technology platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of sales enablement technologies

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

  • Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and accuracy

  • Proactive problem-solving approach
