DESCRIPTION
The Blink Hardware team is looking for a Prototype Manager to oversee the developmental builds of various products and test equipment at a number of different contract manufacturers. This individual will need to be a good communicator, pay high attention to details, have a bias for action, and be able to work independently.
Key job responsibilities
- Communicate with various contract manufacturers to coordinate prototype builds of products and test equipment
- Creation of purchase orders
- Purchase and kit together components from a BOM
- Creation of non-inventory request forms in order to ship products/equipment internationally
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
North Reading, MA, USA
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- High school or equivalent diploma
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience documenting technical customer issues
- Experience managing Agile projects
- Experience with networking basics through work or education
