Ring is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager who thrives in a rapidly evolving industry and is driven to develop emerging products that delight customers. You'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of Ring's offerings, engaging with experienced professionals across disciplines to translate customer needs into exceptional product experiences. Your ability to navigate an open and collaborative environment will be key to your success, as you navigate the product lifecycle from conception to delivery.
As a business-savvy individual with a deep understanding of technology, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive product plans, defining tactical roadmaps, and articulating requirements with precision. You'll work closely with leadership and engineering teams, evangelizing your vision and ensuring alignment across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization
- Work closely with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of product initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and expertise, driving the development of innovative and high-quality solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product improvement
- Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, considering market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities
- Anticipate and address potential risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring proactive risk mitigation
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding user needs and incorporating feedback into product development processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
