DESCRIPTION

This program manager will execute programs and initiatives at scale, working across different organizational levels and demographics to ensure broad impact and engagement. They will collaborate closely with workplace experience, human resource, marketing, and business teams to coordinate and deliver results. To be successful in this role, the program manager will need to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, partner effectively with various teams to align program strategies and expectations, and operate with autonomy to deliver solutions that meet timeline and budget requirements while providing measurable impact.

This is a hands-on program management role focused on both tactical execution and program strategy. The successful candidate will need to navigate multiple stakeholder needs, manage complex project timelines, coordinate resources effectively, and ensure program success while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
