As the Head of SAP Business Development, you will lead our Boomi for SAP program and foster its growth on a global scale. In this role, you will collaborate with Regional Sales VP’s, direct sales teams, and partners across North America, EMEA, and APJ to ensure the successful attainment of sales targets. Your mission will be to break down barriers, enhance market presence, and create a streamlined feedback loop to optimize program performance.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate initiative globally in close collaboration with Regional Sales VP’s

  • Drive global sales attainment of Boomi for SAP, enabling and co-selling directly with AE’s and partners across North America, EMEA and APJ

  • Lead the cross-functional Boomi for SAP effort internally, identifying barriers to success and eliminating those barriers

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to direct the messaging and establish market presence for Boomi for SAP through webinars, events, collateral,etc.

  • Develop breadth of deal coverage, enabling accurate forecasting of the business on an ongoing basis

  • Create and adapt sales plays for improved pipeline generation and conversion

  • Create a recurring feedback loop with Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement to improve program performance

  • Drive evangelism for the program both internally and in the market

The experience you bring:

  • 8-10+ years of related experience
  • Prior work experience within the Business or Technology functions at SAP

  • Strong SAP domain knowledge and expertise

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate business value in sales conversations

  • Demonstrated experience forecasting in overlay capacity

  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations

  • Successful experience leading cross-functional matrixed projects across Sales, Sales Enablement, Product, Channel, Marketing and others

  • Experience setting, tracking and reporting against KPI’s

  • Excellent communication skills

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The minimum base compensation for this role begins at $168,000 annually, with total on target earnings (OTE) equating to 70% base and 30% sales incentive. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
