Payroll Processor for the EMEA Region:
Strong expertise of ADP streamline/Celergo process and well versed on excel
and advanced excel formulas.
Handling 5 major countries payroll process- UK, Italy, Germany, France and
Netherlands.
o Lead the end-to-end processing of payroll activities, ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements and company SOX policies for the assigned regions.
o Review payroll files and reports, identify any errors or discrepancies, and
implement corrective actions to maintain high levels of accuracy
o Handle and resolve escalated payroll queries and issues, providing guidance
and expertise to address complex matters
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Relationship Management:
o Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address payroll-related
requirements, inquiries, and requests
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR,
Benefits,finance, legal, and external vendors
• Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence: o Drive process
improvement initiatives within the payroll function, identifying opportunities to
enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery
o Regularly review payroll processes, identify bottlenecks or areas of
improvement, and implement solutions to streamline operations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Payroll/Finance or related field with a minimum of six (6)
years hands-on experience with a strong understanding of EMEA Payroll
Experience working in a global ecosystem, a global payroll function.
Should have experience in handling process for UK, Italy, Germany, France and
Netherlands.
Able to develop effective working relationships with various and diverse partners
Experience preferred working with ADP Global View, ADP Celergo, Workday
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, being resourceful and a problem solver.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Standout colleague who is willing to roll up sleeves and pitch in and help
wherever necessary
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to operate with flexibility
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong presentation skills including the ability to successfully represent data and
ideas
Effective communication skills expressed through conversation, instructing,
written memos, written work instructions, and flow charts
Ability to gain credibility with local management, Influence others and make
recommendations for change.
Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives.
Working hours – 9AM – 5 PM UK timing
