Boomi is looking for an expert demand marketer, to execute a program of pan EMEA multi-channel digital demand generation campaigns, to engage our prospects and customers through the entire buyer’s journey, capturing new contacts, nurturing and converting them to pipeline opportunities and revenue. Most campaigns will utilize global content and campaigns, supplemented with locally developed campaigns to ensure pipeline targets are met.

Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, this role will work extremely closely with the local SDR team, monitoring inbound lead flow and managing a calendar of outbound sales plays driven through the BDR team. The role will also work closely with regional field & partner marketing and global marketing counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage regional digital marketing programs, working closely with the global digital center of excellence.

  • Collaborate with the Regional SDR team to drive outbound campaigns and effective inbound lead follow-up.

  • Build email nurture campaigns in Marketo to progress leads through the buying cycle

  • Working with marketing operations, determine appropriate metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and the most effective channels.

  • Collaborate with field marketing, sales management, and marketing operations to track and report on EMEA opportunity and pipeline generation against the regional targets.


Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a regional/field-based marketing program manager role.

  • Excellent understanding of segmentation methodologies and how to use data to drive marketing demand.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, email, intent programs and modern demand generation techniques.

  • The ideal candidate should have experience working with enterprise software/SaaS organizations and experience of scale-up growth phase, comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding, sales environment.

  • Experience with Marketing/Sales automation systems is essential, ideally 4 years in Marketo and SFDC, along with a good understanding of MarTech landscape.

  • This is a pan EMEA role and the candidate may occasionally need to travel on occasion.
