Senior Manager, APJ Regional Marketing

Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Boomi is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Boomi’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve

As the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing you will be responsible for leading marketing across the APJ region. Partnering closely with APJ sales leadership and your global marketing counterparts, you will drive marketing sourced and influenced revenue for the region, engaging prospects and customers and bringing them through the buying process via multi-channel marketing campaigns. This is a player/manager role, responsible for leading the APJ marketing team, but equally willing to roll up your sleeves and execute as needed.

You will:

  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership and cross-functional marketing teams in the development and execution of the local APJ marketing plan, while staying aligned to the Boomi global marketing strategy

  • Build, manage and mentor a team and manage the APJ marketing budget to ensure funds are allocated appropriately and to ensure maximum ROMI

  • Partner closely with global teams on global campaign design, then lead the localization and regional implementation of global GTM campaigns, ensuring Voice of the Customer is front and center in all regional marketing activities

  • Working with global partner marketing and local partner sales teams, ensure regional partners are integrated into campaigns and GTM

  • Build and maintain a regional marketing calendar to regularly update key stakeholders on program plans, deliverables and schedules

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 7+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills

  • Proven track record leading marketing teams that drive significant growth and revenue in a high-growth, Enterprise Software/SaaS business

  • Hands on experience with Salesforce and Marketo, with a good understanding of modern marketing techniques

  • Familiarity and experience with the nuances of the APJ market

Desirable Requirements

  • Prior experience in the iPaaS or related market
