What you’ll achieve
In this role as a Workday Integration Consultant, you will support and maintain the organization’s HRIS applications and modules.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Should have excellent and proven Workday technical skills like Web services/ APIs
Should have extensive working experience on Calculated fields in integrations, data migrations
Should have excellent hands on experience on various Workday Integration technologies like (Studio, EIB, Core connectors, PECI/PICOF), minimum 2-3 years exclusive workday experience is required
Should have functional knowledge on at least 2 Workday modules (Core HCM/Payroll interface/Comp&Ben/Recruitment etc)
Should have hands on experience of working with Workday Business objects/ Data sources
Should have experience in creating Workday Reports / Dashboard
Primary skills: Oracle Human Capital Management->Workday Human Capital Management (Workday/ Workday HCM),Workday
Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for a variety of customer contracts including ad-hoc support, and implementation.
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.
Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production customers.
Essential Requirements
Overall 10+ years of Experience and 7+ years’ experience with Workday
Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
Must have active Workday Certification.
Practical experience gained on Workday implementation projects is an advantage.
Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools.
Previous experience with other ERP Financials and/or Procurement technology (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft) is an advantage.
Understanding of HCM functional modules – Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Performance etc. will be preferred.
Understanding of Workday application development methodologies, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
