Role overview

Responsibilities include data development and analysis, reporting and visualizations, and sales process optimization. This person will support CRM analytics dashboards, sql development within snowflake, Salesforce native reporting, and other tools to support the workflow of the sales organization from rep to VP

What you'll do

  • Seamlessly integrate disparate data sources to generate comprehensive sales reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Carry out meticulous manual data corrections on our CRM system, while identifying and proposing enhancements to streamline the process.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to extract valuable insights about sales trends and customer transaction behaviors.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Stakeholders to trial new CRM features and improve data tracking mechanisms.
  • Efficiently source data by creating, retrieving, and managing queries and ETLs, in addition to formatting data for optimal usability.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling presentations that analyze and showcase sales activities and achievements, leveraging data from Salesforce and other sources.
  • Uphold and periodically revise the documentation associated with data and dashboard assets, ensuring they remain current, comprehensive, and user-friendly.
  • Champion and enforce data governance policies to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Assist in the development of sales training materials, provide data analysis to support sales compensation plans, and offer reporting analysis as required.
  • Provide support in managing data import/export/updates within Salesforce for seamless data integration.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Master’s degree in Analytics preferred.
  • 3+ years in a data-driven analytical role, ideally as a Business Analyst in a SaaS environment, in data-based consulting, as a Sales Analyst, or in similar data strategy positions.
  • Solid track record with SQL, and have hands-on experience with Tableau or Looker, and other key data analysis tools, complemented by ETL experience (familiarity with DBT is a plus).
  • Demonstrable experience with Snowflake warehouses.
  • At least 1 year's worth of practical experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, including proficiency in "Recipe" creation and dashboard embedding.
  • Salesforce or other CRM software, with a good understanding of B2B Sales KPIs. Proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Workspace.
