Role Overview: Are you ready to become a pivotal part of a vibrant People Operations team? We're on the hunt for an organized, enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator with a passion for excellence in talent acquisition. Your role will be crucial in magnetizing top-tier talent and delivering an outstanding candidate journey. Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition experts to refine our hiring processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment life cycle.

What You'll Do:

  • Elevate Our Recruitment Strategy: Play a key role in organizing interviews, managing travel plans for candidates, and crafting impeccable interview materials.
  • Master Our ATS: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate, up-to-date, and compliant, ensuring a smooth candidate tracking experience.
  • Champion Confidential Communication: Engage with candidates and team members professionally, upholding the highest standards of caution and confidentiality.
  • Boost Our Brand Presence: Participate actively in career fairs, university engagements, and networking events to amplify our company's visibility and attractiveness as an employer.
  • Smooth Onboarding Experience: Coordinate effectively with new hires and internal teams, ensuring a welcoming and efficient integration into our dynamic environment.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Excellence: Provide essential administrative backing to the Talent Acquisition team, including report preparation, recruitment metrics analysis, and correspondence management.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep informed about leading recruitment techniques to position us at the forefront of creative talent acquisition.

What You'll Bring:

  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for Talent Acquisition or Human Resources: A zealous interest in developing your career within talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Organizational Prowess: Exceptional skills in managing time and prioritizing tasks, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all you do.
  • Communication Expertise: Outstanding verbal and written skills, with a flair for tact and diplomacy.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be a plus.
  • Confidentiality & Sensitivity: A natural ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Team Player Attitude: Bring a positive mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a strong work ethic to our team.
