Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales team by managing the daily Sales Operations case queue and assisting internal sales representatives. You’ll ensure that pending opportunities progress smoothly, meeting all necessary criteria to move from pending to closed status. Additionally, you’ll contribute to data accuracy by maintaining the UK sellable universe and performing data clean-ups to ensure our Total Addressable Market (TAM) data is up-to-date.

What You’ll Do

  • Case Management: Manage and resolve cases in the Sales Operations case queue, supporting sales representatives in real-time.
  • Opportunity Management: Oversee pending opportunities, ensuring they meet all required criteria for successful progression to closed status.
  • Jira Management: Track and manage tasks in Jira, ensuring issues are documented and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Sellable Universe Maintenance: Support the accuracy of our data by performing regular data clean-ups and validation for the UK sellable universe.
  • Ad Hoc & Project Work: Collaborate on various projects and tasks as they arise, contributing to continuous improvement in our operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Salesforce Experience: 1-2 years of experience using Salesforce in an administrative role, with familiarity in managing data and supporting sales processes.
