In this role, you will:


  • Develop strategy to facilitate the Saint Louis office’s growth in our Business Consulting services OR our Enterprise Applications team. Through your own experiences, our local experience, and our national teams, create a collaborative strategy to grow and improve these practices.
  • Manage complex projects in a matrixed organization that span teams globally.
  • Build trusted relationships with client leadership and other influential individuals within the client organization and across multiple existing client engagements.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the client’s business, situation, and desired outcomes.
  • Lead team members and provide feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.
  • Be involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area of responsibility.
  • Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Business Development

  • Establish and manage collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to assess and recommend optimal business and technical solutions.
  • Evaluate existing accounts to expand offerings and analyze competitors, recommend strategies, and lead proposals to gain net new business.
  • Forecast sales, develop Account Management/Sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Drive discovery of new opportunities within the account to grow new revenue streams.
  • Demonstrate value to the client by leading the creation of the solution proposal, business case, and contract.
  • Create Centric collateral, such as case studies and knowledge artifacts, that can be leveraged across Centric.

Practice Management

  • Participate as a leader and champion in the Centric Saint Louis business operating model and capability development, people development, market strategy development, as well as process and technology enablement.
  • Seek opportunities to expand your own sphere of influence through networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
  • Maintain alignment to the Centric mission to create unmatched experiences for our clients and employees.
  • Increase Centric growth and operational improvements

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of Management Consulting OR Technology Consulting with an array of experience in account management, client management, and project delivery
  • Experience in managing the implementation of one or several of the following growing needs:
    • Enterprise solutions (NetSuite, Microsoft, Salesforce)
    • Business process optimization at scale, Business/IT strategy alignment
    • Digital Transformation
  • Experience in the Saint Louis market and a set of past clients and consultants that would love to work with you again.
  • Ability to speak to both mid-market and Fortune 50 executives with equal and appropriate amount of solutioning based on organizational size.
  • Excitement around knowledge sharing, and the desire to mentor others.
  • Expert in identifying client needs, designing solutions, and managing contracts.
  • Experience creating successful and repeatable Account Management/Sales processes.
  • Results oriented. Ability to set an account strategy and goals and provide leadership to ensure the team achieves the planned goals.
  • Customer/Relationship oriented. Builds trust and has the client’s best interest at heart.
  • Executive-level communication, both internal and customer-facing, and ability to present technical and business solutions to executive leadership.
