In this role, you will:
- Help our client maintain and manage their network infrastructure.
Who you are:
- You should have a firm understanding of networking and networking protocols, along with the ability to think on your feet and stay organized in the face of ever-changing technology
- Understanding of network design, network infrastructure, and network protocols
- Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware
- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Ability to recognize and respond to network issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to stay up to date on the latest industry trends
- We are looking for a self-motivated, organized individual who is passionate about technology and eager to learn more
- 1-3 Years of entry level Network Analysis experience
- Knowledge of basic switch configurations through GUI using a controller
- Assist with day to day calls troubleshooting internet modem connectivity
- CompTIA NET+ Certification a plus
- Understanding of network design, network infrastructure, and network protocols
- Experience with routers, firewalls, and other network hardware
