In this role, you will:
- Integration and Maintenance:
- Establish and maintain EDI connections with suppliers, customers, and other business partners
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with IT and relevant stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of EDI systems with existing business applications
- Data integration and mapping of data between EDI sources
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for EDI-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and procurement, to streamline EDI processes
- Communicate effectively with trading partners to address any EDI-related issues or improvements
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of EDI processes, configurations, and transactions
- Generate regular reports on EDI performance, including transaction volume, error rates, and processing times
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve overall efficiency and accuracy
- Testing and validation experience required
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in implementing and managing EDI processes in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
- Familiarity with ERP systems and integration solutions is a plus
