In this role, you will:

Solution Architecture & Consulting:

  • Deliver high-value technology solutions to clients by aligning business needs with technical strategies.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges, recommending solutions, and proactively identifying opportunities to expand our partnership.

Solution Selling & Proposal Development:

  • Lead the development of proposals and presentations, pulling in the right experts and teams to shape innovative and effective solutions.

Technical Leadership:

  • Guide project teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions.

Project Execution & Delivery:

  • Oversee technical projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.

Innovation & Market Growth:

  • Stay ahead of technology advancements and contribute to thought leadership, industry discussions, and business development.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Work across teams to drive innovation, share insights, and mentor junior professionals.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise technology strategy.
  • Previous experience working at a mid-large sized management consulting firm is preferred.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, enterprise applications, AI/ML, or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong background in solution selling, pre-sales, and technical consulting engagements.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Ability to craft and deliver compelling business cases and presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Project management experience with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt to evolving client needs.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of consultants and engineers.
  • Expertise in technology frameworks, solution design, and architecture principles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience developing and implementing complex technology solutions across industries.
  • Knowledge of software development, API integrations, and data management strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with common enterprise tools, platforms, and methodologies.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong writing skills, with experience creating technical documentation and business proposals.
  • The ability to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable components.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, market developments, and competitive technologies.
  • Certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., AWS, Azure, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP).
