As an HR Transformation Program Manager, you will serve as a key client-facing leader in driving the success of a large-scale HR integration project. You will work directly with the client’s HR team to ensure the alignment of organizational structures, operating models, and synergy opportunities, enabling a smooth and effective transition. Your leadership will be crucial in facilitating decision-making and managing the integration process, while ensuring the client’s objectives are met.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with the client’s HR Integration team to finalize the future-state operating model and organizational structure.
- Capture and document value-creation opportunities and synergy initiatives to drive operational excellence and cost savings.
- Define objectives, hand-offs, and success metrics in alignment with the client’s strategic goals.
- Maintain the master action plan, risk log, and decision tracker to ensure visibility and progress tracking for the client.
- Facilitate fast, aligned decision-making among client executives and stakeholders to resolve critical integration issues.
- Manage client communications, ensuring transparency, alignment, and proactive issue resolution throughout the integration process.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration within the client organization to achieve project milestones while managing competing priorities.
Who You Are:
- The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience in leading large-scale integrations or transformations, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and work directly with client executives. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively navigate client environments to ensure project success. While specific HR expertise is not required, a general understanding of HR functions is beneficial.
- A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformations or integrations, ideally in a client-facing capacity.
- Proven stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence and align client teams and senior leaders.
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, client-centric environment, with the ability to manage competing client expectations.
- Experience with HR functions is a plus, though you don’t need to be a subject matter expert – just a solid understanding of the function.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on client objectives.
