We’re seeking a Senior UKG WFM Consultant with deep expertise in workforce management technology and a passion for delivering high-impact consulting services. In this leadership role, you’ll guide clients through complex global transformations, design and implement strategic solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a senior-level consultant who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to shape the future of workforce operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise UKG WFM implementations and transformation initiatives across global clients
  • Deliver high-quality client service and solutions, addressing global WFM challenges and complex requirements and advising on best practices
  • Identify WFM improvement initiatives and efficiency opportunities to enhance quality and internal control adherence while mitigating risks
  • Support seamless transitions during UKG WFM implementations and transformations
  • Serve as the primary client-facing expert, advising stakeholders on WFM strategy, roadmap development, and technology optimization
  • Design and configure scalable, user-centric UKG WFM solutions that solve complex business challenges and drive operational excellence
  • Manage cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post-Go-Live support
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, change adoption, and best practice implementation across industries and geographies
  • Collaborate across project teams to drive delivery excellence and foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment
  • Build long-term client relationships based on value, trust, and strategic insight
  • Contribute to revenue generation by identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and fostering enduring client relationships

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in delivering workforce management solutions, with a strong focus on UKG implementations in a consulting or client-facing role
  • Proven consulting experience—you’ve supported or led enterprise-level engagements and know how to manage client expectations, project timelines, and evolving scopes
  • Strong consulting background, including client management, stakeholder engagement, scope definition, and delivery oversight
  • Advanced understanding of WFM processes, systems, and integrations, with the ability to translate client needs into strategic technology solutions
  • Deep understanding of UKG technology, complemented by familiarity with other WFM/HR systems
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and global stakeholder alignment
  • A track record of identifying and securing follow-on work and growth opportunities
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project delivery tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in UKG, PMP, or similar a plus
