We have an opening for a Senior Manager of People Operations & Rewards to join its People & Culture Team. If you like to work with highly motivated and empowered people AND you have people management experience leading HR Operations & Total Rewards teams then this could be the right role for you. This position will report to the Sr. Director, HR Operations & Total Rewards supporting the People & Culture team, and all of our amazing employees across the U.S.

*This is a hybrid role working with your team from our Waltham, MA office a few days a week*

What you’ll do:

As the Senior Manager of People Operations & Rewards, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals. Your expertise in compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR processes will be instrumental in driving efficiency, scalability, and employee engagement.

  • Manage 4 direct reports to accomplish business goals while also empowering and developing the team to think critically and creatively to solve new challenges efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Drive people operations including ownership of onboarding, orientation & offboarding; day-today employee relations and questions; and immigration management.
  • Work with the Senior Director, Benefits Lead, HR & Company Leadership to maintain and innovate a competitive total rewards program for Constant Contact; including compensation strategy and planning; benefits evaluation; and ownership of open enrollment.
  • Uphold, audit and refine the HR Operations strategies policies and procedures, developing and implementing new solutions as required by business objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits and recognition
  • Collaborate with larger HR team to identify and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention and performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR systems in support of a seamless employee experience
  • Leverage HR metrics and tends to inform decision making and continuous improvement

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations with demonstrated achievements in total rewards management
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration and HRIS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow preferred)
  • You are solution-oriented, carefully balancing the right opportunities to seek guidance or influence independently
  • Savvy with HR systems and reporting; Workday and ServiceNow experience preferred
  • Experience with the tools that help us work together and do outstanding work; experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack preferred)
  • You will enjoy working with diverse groups of people/personalities and are able to remain calm even in stressful situations
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You have high attention to detail and are process-oriented

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
