Our mobile team has an opening for a talented Sr. Manager, Engineering Mobile to play a key role in leading and developing captivating applications for phones, tablets, and watches. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the forefront of mobile technology in the digital marketing sector.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage complex technical projects and teams
  • Drive Agile principles to maintain a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams and projects to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Provide feedback, career coaching and mentorship and participate in talent and succession planning
  • Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside of the box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity
  • Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of applications
  • Bring passion to stay on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technology

Who you are:

Technical Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in native iOS development
  • Experience with SwiftUI, Combine, async/await, MVVM, MVI
  • Expertise in designing and implementing native mobile applications
  • Proven ability to deliver world-class user experiences
  • Bonus: having built native applications on multiple platforms

Non-technical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building outstanding user experiences
  • Proven track record of leading successful mobile software teams
  • Experience managing software engineers and engineering managers
  • Experience working autonomously to drive execution and delivery of core functionality for Mobile products
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
