This is a remote position, preferably in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Apply a combination of advanced methodological and practical experience to lead business and enterprise technology projects to fruition. The Project Manager will successfully facilitate and advise individual teams on the scoping, definition, and delivery of an on-time solution to complex business problems involving strategy, operations and technology. Support research and validation of new product concepts, infrastructure and software projects and methodology implementations. The project manager will ensure alignment with the compliance control process as defined by the standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate advanced level knowledge for designing, planning, estimating, scoping, setting expectations, testing, and implementing solutions with limited risk.
  • Ability to present complex development topics to varying levels across the organization.
  • Apply practical knowledge of full application lifecycle software development – PMI enterprise and/or lean-agile methodologies.
  • Lead individual cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives
  • Ensure conformance, at the project level, to overall PMI-enterprise or lean-agile objectives: alignment, built-in-quality, transparency, and execution.
  • Understand firm policies around technology risk and controls and assessing compliance with those; Develop and execute plans to remedy any non-compliant policies.
  • Potentially assist in compliance audits and support periodic compliance reviews.
  • Facilitate change management activities aimed at consistent adoption of PMI-enterprise or lean-agile best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Contribute to the advancement of PMO
  • May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager; PMI or lean-agile methodology experience including scrum and Kanban required
  • Proven experience and strong facilitation of complex infrastructure or application development management and product lifecycle management
  • Strong presentation and writing skills are essential
  • Must have excellent communication, coordination, analytic and interpersonal skills
  • Software development experience preferred
  • Formal courses in lean-agile Project Management required; certification preferred (e.g. CSM/PSM/SSM, CSP, PMP, PMI-ACP)
  • Formal courses in scaled agile methodology a plus

The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors.
