As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be part of an international team.
We’re looking for someone to champion human resources strategies and initiatives across the Romania region.

What you will be doing:
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Director, functional managers, and employees to build and sustain influential relationships.
- Partner with recruitment, training, and cross-functional teams, as needed, to position CCC as an employer of choice.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, performance management, and employee relations.
- Serve as the go-to resource for HR policies and procedures, including those related to benefits, compensation, employee development, and recruiting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- English Proficiency
- International cross functional experience
