InterSystems is the power behind some of the world's most important applications. With a passion for excellence and a focus on client success, InterSystems provides data management, strategic interoperability, and analytics platforms used in healthcare, financial services, government, and other industries.

The Solutions Development Program (SDP) allows recent graduates to work on multiple technical teams through short term rotations to find what team fits best with their technical strengths. The SDP will prepare you for successful integration into InterSystems' elite technical teams through structured training, personalized mentorship, and frequent collaboration with cross-functional groups. Although you get the benefit of exploring multiple teams, you come in as a salaried full-time employee.

Program Structure: The program begins with an accelerated onboarding and training program spanning 3 weeks of intensive learning. Once training has ended, you will complete three 6-week long projects with three different technical teams at InterSystems. Your final long-term team placement will be reliant upon manager/mentor feedback, business needs, and your feedback.

Location: This position is based in-person at our headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Please note that, while the majority of teams at InterSystems operate within a model that emphasizes workplace flexibility by allowing most people to combine working at home with working in the office, this position would be required to be in office 5 days a week throughout the SDP.

2024 Program Start Dates: Given the cohort model of this program, we have specific program start dates throughout the year. If hired into the SDP, you will have the opportunity to share which start date would work best for you. Anticipated 2024 start dates will be February 12, March 25, July 8, and August 19. Please note that you must graduate prior to August 19, 2024 to be eligible for the SDP.
