Job Summary

As Marketing Programs Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and management of integrated marketing programs that address the company’s agreed business plans and priorities for Southeast Asia, working closely with cross-functional and regional teams across marketing and sales.

You will have a proven track record in providing professional marketing services in a business-to-business environment. You will be a creative marketing programs innovator with a passion for customer success who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with the stability and support afforded by a highly successful $1b global company.

This role will be office-based in Singapore, with a requirement for regular business travel within the Southeast Asia region.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage innovative marketing programs that drive targeted brand awareness in established markets as well as new markets across the Southeast Asia region.
  • Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing programs for prospect engagement and lead nurture, helping to move leads through the sales pipeline, including but not limited to a mixture of direct marketing, webinars, digital inbound and outbound, events, tradeshows, public relations, content, telemarketing, and social elements.
  • Drive digital marketing innovation supported by collaboration with global peers. Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing, sales and associated teams to plan and execute programs and analyse programs outcomes for organisation-wide growth.
  • Create and implement KPIs, reviewing the adoption and effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with channel partners to increase partner engagement and success.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness using agreed metrics, i.e: web traffic, industry trends, and various types of quantifiable data.
  • Work with and monitor marketing agencies and vendors to ensure that goals are being achieved to the agreed quality standards and budget.
  • Stay up to date with industry news, regulations and trends for strategy and planning
  • Embrace and drive innovative marketing strategies and techniques, translating the latest thinking into practical approaches

Experience and Qualifications

Education and Training

  • Marketing professional with at least four years of experience and demonstrable success in the formulation and implementation of strategic marketing and communication plans for software technology and applications, and/or professional services businesses.
