The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for creating co-marketing campaigns with Klaviyo’s key Platform, Services, Integrations and Strategic Alliances Partners that drive awareness of Klaviyo and its solutions to customers—resulting in new, loyal, and growing Klaviyo customers. They may own key relationships with Partners in a defined region/geography. The Partner Marketing Manager is measured by the strength of co-marketing experiences created with Partners and for Partners, and the measurable impact towards company strategic objectives, including but not limited to marketing qualified leads and qualified partner leads. This role works cross-functionally with leaders across several teams including Partnerships, Customer Success and Product Engineering.

How You'll Make a Difference

  • Seek win-win-win scenarios for Klaviyo, Partners and Customers. Acts as a conduit between Marketing and Partnerships, and enables attractive co-marketing opportunities for Partners as well as for Klaviyo.
  • Owns co-marketing campaigns with Partners.
  • Guides Partners on developing effective co-marketing strategies and concepts based on Klaviyo’s core marketing themes and objectives, while staying true to the Partners own objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison for strategic intel from Partners to Klaviyo, helping drive value and solutions for customers, partners and Klaviyo.
  • Build understanding of Klaviyo’s product, teams and tools to operate independently and with customer empathy.
  • Become an expert on Partner personas through qualitative and quantitative research, field interviews with key Partners, analysis of historic trends and understanding future expectations.
  • Fosters rapport and communication cross-functionally within Klaviyo.
  • Learns standard operating procedures within Ecosystem Marketing, Marketing and Partnerships.
  • Entire owns the execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Analyzes co-marketing outcomes and identifies areas for optimization.
  • Show impact based on your GTM efforts with Partners.
  • Work cross-functionally to build collaboration and trust with Klaviyo teams and Partners.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience working in partner marketing at a SaaS or Service Partner organization.
  • 3+ years experience leading cross-functional marketing campaigns (including with Partners).
  • Collaborative, able to build relationships with internal team members, Partners and Customers.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Radical ownership.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize initiatives.
  • Optimistic, agile and flexible when necessary.
  • Metric-minded and data-driven.
  • Basic data analysis skills via Excel, Spreadsheets and/or Tableau.
  • Basic presentation crafting skills via Google Slides, Powerpoint or Keynote.
  • Practical understanding of marketing channels including email marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO, brand, product marketing, community events and more.
  • Previous experience writing short form and long form copy (though not required for the role, it is necessary to understand the content channel).
  • Practical understanding of technology B2B sales.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce).
  • Ecommerce ecosystem knowledge/experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working in or with technology B2B sales teams preferred.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$108,000$162,000 USD
