Klaviyo is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Finance Analyst, Revenue Data Analyst (Boston Hub Based) to join the FP&A team. This role plays a critical part in driving informed decision-making by providing accurate and actionable insights related to ARR & Revenue performance. This role will partner across departments to provide an accurate ARR & Revenue forecast. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of SQL. This candidate will have a strong track record of building dashboards, analyzing business performance, and collaborating cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Conduct thorough analysis of Annual Recurring Revenue, including trend analysis, variance explanations, and performance metrics to monitor overall business performance.
- Develop and maintain reporting packages, dashboards, and financial models using SQL to provide actionable insights regarding Revenue Pacing, Realization Rates and Pricing & Packaging impacts for executive leadership.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, leveraging data-driven analysis to provide a range of outcomes to influence business decisions.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes related to GTM analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and reporting with a focus on usage-based and subscription models.
Who You Are
- Role requires 3 days per week in the Boston office.
- 3-5 years of FP&A, Finance, or Business Intelligence experience, particularly in SaaS or high-growth companies; experience with usage-based software models is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel, with experience building financial models, dashboards, and reports (Snowflake and Tableau experience preferred).
- Familiarity with ARR metrics and understanding of usage and subscription-based business models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
- Effective communicator, able to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial executives.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of deriving insights from data to drive strategic business decisions.
- Experience with Snowflake, Thoughtspot, Tableau, and NetSuite preferred.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
