You will need to be proactive, detail oriented, and enthusiastic about supporting employees.
What will you own?
- Implement and maintain compensation programs to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation
- Assess compensation tools and provide recommendations based on the right fit for where the company is in its lifecycle
- Collect and analyze information on the company's competitive position to the external market
- Participate in market surveys and refresh data based on survey data.
- Establish compensation package (cash & equity) bands for new roles and review proposed salary changes for conformance to established guidelines, policy and practices
- Manage data dashboards and reports for the Leadership Team and HRBP’s
- Create materials on compensation programs and structure for the Leadership Team and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
- Partner with HR & Talent Acquisition team members to evaluate job descriptions and FLSA classification
- Work with members of the Leadership Team to design a compensation philosophy that aligns with business strategy
- Work with a cross-functional teams to design and manage the Company’s reward programs (merit, bonus, promotion)

What you have:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in HR/Compensation, including work with job descriptions and analysis of survey data
- Subject matter expert (SME) in Compensation
- Strong proficiency in Excel required
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive compensation programs
- Drives consensus through the appropriate use of data
- Able to adapt to unique, in-the-moment challenges in a calm and professional manner
- Ability to be onsite in Waltham, MA full time
