THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Deployment and Readiness Consultant on the Worksite Strategy and Planning team you will work in a fast paced, innovative, and collaborative environment expanding our capabilities across the MassMutual Worksite Business. You'll be responsible for the definition and implementation of change management and business readiness plans to enable transformational change, effectively deploying capabilities to the external market and within MassMutual to maximize user acceptance and adoption. Also, you'll coach-mentor less experienced associates to develop change management competencies and skills.

THE TEAM
The Strategy and Planning Team is the heartbeat of the Worksite Channel. We drive KPI and Executive reporting, readiness, financial planning and deployment support to bring accountability to the organization. We understand and communicate the health of the business to Sr. Leadership as well as our front-line teams. We are looking to expand on our small organization with someone who shares our passion of working collaboratively and focusing on our customer.
THE IMPACT
As the Worksite Deployment and Readiness Consultant your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Partner with the senior leaders across the business to provide readiness support including the intake and planning or new project work, status reporting of readiness activities, and overall guidance of readiness principles and activities to elevate overall engagement for key initiatives.
Collaborate with business sponsors, subject matter experts and program/project managers to determine appropriate course of action and readiness activities to maximize user adoption and ensure the success of project deployments.
Engage appropriate project and readiness resources (communication, training, marketing, etc.) and lead the team driving coordination of all readiness activities, including change management.
Develop, maintain, and share a holistic or portfolio view of Business Readiness for the initiatives in the Worksite Strategic Portfolio. Stage internal and external deployment plans with transparency and coordinated manner.
Provide change management and readiness expertise on project teams.
Be the end users’ advocate by determining and driving decisions on readiness strategies and tactics.
Provide mentoring for other readiness leads who may work on projects within your assigned business area.
Ensure a consistent deployment experience by utilizing proven best practice and standards.
Create detailed plans, drive execution and provide status of planned activities.
Collaborate/coordinate on integration and sequencing of programs, messages and activities between field and home office audiences.
Contribute to the continued improvement and definition of the team’s readiness practice.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma and GED.
7+ years of experience in change management or readiness.
2+ years experience demonstrating use of readiness and change management practices.
1+ year experience presenting excellent senior leadership communications skills.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree.
Utilize technology to improve process efficiency/productivity (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams).
Capable of applying knowledge to handle complex problems independently.
Experience working in the financial services/insurance industry.
Experience working with worksite benefits producers and enrollment partners.
Change management certification (i.e. ADKAR and/or PROSCI).
