Conduct more complex assignments involving tax accounting projects with limited supervision. Require a broad knowledge of tax accounting practices and procedures. Provide training and guidance to less experienced staff. Prepares and maintains federal, state and local tax records, returns, corporate tax reports and other related materials. Interpret and disseminate tax accounting information to management.
Salary Range:
$107,700.00-$141,300.00At MassMutual, we focus on ensuring fair equitable pay, by providing competitive salaries, along with incentive and bonus opportunities for all employees. Your total compensation package includes either a bonus target or in a sales-focused role a Variable Incentive Compensation component.
