The Opportunity
The newly announced Corporate Functions Program Management Office (CFPMO) is seeking a strategic partner to support the stand-up of the new organization and serve as the Program Consultant.
The Team
The CFPMO was established to oversee the execution of initiatives across Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk, Investment Management, Law, and HR & Employee Experience, as well as define and own project management standards across the company. The team is focused on creating more visibility into this work, while enabling better improved prioritization, collaboration, and execution.
We are a newer team of self-starters, who enjoy solving complex business problems, with proven track records of excellence in project management and the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in dynamic, complex environments. We’re also striving to create an authentic environment where people are inspired, encouraged, and motivated to succeed together.
The Impact
As the Program Consultant, you will collaborate cross-functionally with the Enablement team, CFPMO leadership, and MassMutual PMOs to develop and execute strategic enablement initiatives and operational efficiencies for the CFPMO.
- Serve as a point of accountability to CFPMO leadership for planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation and reporting of CFPMO programs
- Role model/champion the evolution of the CPFMO culture
- Collaborate with all Enablement functions (i.e., Planning, Coaching, Training, and Resource Management) to support special projects, critical initiatives, and operational efficiencies
- Develop and strengthen internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the CFPMO
- Support the coordination of division meetings, offsites and annual events
- Responsible for coordinating with leaders to manage CFPMO's budget and forecast process to include cost center management and annual budget compilation
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and expertise
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and/or insurance industry sectors
- Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to detail, teamwork, and initiative
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven success preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative approach, performs routine administrative support and proactively demonstrates openness to provide assistance as urgent situations or ad-hoc needs arise
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, comfortable working with ambiguity
- Innovation: Continually looks within and beyond their job, anticipating business needs and opportunities
- Ability to adapt quickly and flexibly in changing environments.

Salary Range:
$102,500.00-$134,500.00At MassMutual, we focus on ensuring fair equitable pay, by providing competitive salaries, along with incentive and bonus opportunities for all employees. Your total compensation package includes either a bonus target or in a sales-focused role a Variable Incentive Compensation component.
