本ポジションは、見込み客や顧客に最適な製品の提供とアーキテクチャを提示し、会社の技術インフラへの信頼を獲得し、セールスサイクルにおけるすべての技術的な課題を解決する役割を担っています。
また、立ち上げ期においては、プリセールスフェーズのみならず導入フェーズまで伴走し、一気通貫で顧客の成功に貢献いただきます。
■職務内容
- 顧客のニーズを理解し、そのニーズに対応する最適なソリューションとして自社製品を確立する
- カスタマイズされたデモの構築と提示
- 企業のハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク、セキュリティに精通していることを示すなど、企業の技術インフラを紹介する
- 製品、販売、手続きに関する適切なトレーニングや Certificationに参加し、そのポジションで効果的に働くために必要な知識を習得・維持する
- 経営陣から与えられた四半期および年間の目標を達成する
- RFPに能動的に対応する
- 導入における技術的なワークショップの実行
- 顧客の担当者や導入パートナーなど様々なステークホルダーと協業しながら、導入プロジェクトを成功に導く
■募集要件
- 5 年以上のプリセールスもしくは導入コンサルタントの経験
- 高い分析力、創造的な問題解決力、プレゼンテーション能力
- 顧客志向で、専門性の高いコミュニケーション能力を有する方
- 異なる環境に飛び込み、適応し、新しいスキルやプロセスを素早く習得することができる
- Account ExecutiveやBDRなどと協業しながら、顧客の潜在的ニーズを発掘することができる
- 幅広い業種の見込み客に対して、当社のソリューションを利用するメリットを明確に説明できること
- ビジネスレベルでの英語能力
