Your Impact:

Mirakl is looking for a creative, talented, and dynamic Product Marketer with a passion for positioning, messaging and launching market-defining technologies to help Mirakl accelerate its leadership in the market.

This is a highly visible and strategic product marketing role that will:

  • Understand and represent the needs of leading B2B buyers (eg wholesale, manufacturing, and group purchasing – like Airbus, Sonepar, Conrad, Accor Hotels, and Vestas) in the prioritization/scoping of the overall Mirakl solution roadmap.
  • Develop and align Mirakl solution capabilities with compelling "use cases" that unlock growth opportunities or solve operational challenges for leading B2B organizations.
  • Help deliver "use cases" through a combination of 1) leading the Go-to-Market of supporting, B2B-specific capabilities and 2) verticalizing the positioning and messaging of other supporting capabilities through the lens of B2B.

This person will be based in Europe, reporting to the VP of Product & Industry Marketing as a senior individual contributor.

Leading the Go-to-Market of supporting, B2B-specific capabilities:

  • Work closely with Product Management to understand the core Mirakl Platform for B2B-specific use-cases which includes new solutions in the roadmap, mapping key capabilities to market/buying requirements.
  • Develop and execute worldwide product go-to-market calendar and execution, from strategy to tactical plan development - then work in concert with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Evaluate new product opportunities and product market-fit by keeping abreast of customer, competitor, and market trends directly and via Product Management, Sales, Customer Success.
  • Create target account and buyer profiles working closely with Sales, Sales Ops and Product Management, and beta customers to understand the target audience and buying requirements
  • Build capability messaging, positioning, and visual demonstrations that clearly articulates Mirakl’s differentiation and ability to meet the specialized requirements for new solutions or expansion opportunities.
  • Create and deliver sales and customer success enablement materials and programs including field communications, presentations, and market overview content to support the sale and adoption of products and solutions to market.

Verticalizing the positioning and messaging of other supporting capabilities through the lens of B2B.

  • Be the go-to marketing contact for all things wholesale, manufacturing, and procurement (all B2B industries) messaging and positioning. Work closely with the General Manager of B2B, Platform Advisory Team, Customer Success industry SMEs, marketing, and Rev Ops teams to define and execute on B2B eCommerce messaging, content packaging, and positioning.
  • Create industry marketing campaigns including white papers, pitch decks, webinars, blogs, and internal sales enablement materials.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, MBA/master’s preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (French is a plus)
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of Enterprise Software Product Marketing or equivalent experience is a plus

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B eCommerce SaaS, eProcurement, invoicing, ERP, or b2b buying platforms either selling this software or operating a wholesale or manufacturing online buying platform.History of successfully working with product teams across many countries and cultures
  • Ability to distill complex and broad concepts into simple, short content
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based software products and enterprise sales go-to-market strategies
  • Situational fluency, ability to influence and motivate others
  • A track record of success in high-growth, global environments
  • Strong internal communicator and collaborator
