Role and responsibilities:

  • Manage daily global cash positioning, liquidity management, and continuous improvement of cash forecasting
  • Support implementation of a Treasury Management System
  • Manage KYC process for new and existing bank accounts
  • Manage signature authorities and ensure proper documentation for FBAR reporting
  • Support development of Treasury policies and control framework (investments, IR/FX hedging, counterparty risk)
  • Assist with insurance operations, including annual renewals
  • Liaise with other functions (A/P, Tax, Accounting, Legal, etc.) to support their day-to-day operations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field (Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement)
  • 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience, including working for a global company
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency, experience using a TMS
  • Bonus points for: strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to understand cross-functional impact of Treasury Operations; proclivity for process improvement
  • Travel is required: No
