Intro and job overview: This Marketing Operations Specialist role will join a rockstar marketing operations team that moves quickly and works cross functionally to achieve our goals. This role will primarily be focused around supporting our demand generation team. We’re looking for a creative thinker with great attention to detail who can help the marketing team achieve our goal of lead acquisition and conversion. Activities will include evaluate and refine lead management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, importing leads according to our data standards, and analyzing lead assignment performance to identify areas of optimization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare and manage lead import into the marketing automation platform to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Maintain and optimize process workflow for lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems.
  • Oversee our database management ensuring list import cleanliness, data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with privacy laws.
  • Perform daily tasks including lead imports, mass record updates, data accuracy monitoring, report building, routing issue identification and resolutions, testing, and coordinating with sales team to ensure accurate lead assignment.
  • Troubleshoot issues or failures with current marketing automation integrations and assist in incorporating additional platforms.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base of processes and how-to guides.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of experience related to operations or marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation, Salesforce and Lean Data is a plus.
  • Ability to solve and communicate technical issues independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting and analysis skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Adaptability to new challenges
