Intro and job overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Administrator to support our procurement operations and ensure seamless processes across the organization. This role will be critical in managing supplier relationships, overseeing procurement workflows, and supporting internal teams with essential procurement tools and systems.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage procurement operations, including Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and efficient workflows.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding and relationship management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier information.
  • Support the finance team by reviewing and approving invoices and expenses, ensuring timely payment and adherence to policies.
  • Administer corporate card programs, reconcile transactions, and provide timely reporting.
  • Facilitate user account and access management, ensuring appropriate system access for procurement and travel needs.
  • Lead travel profile administration and provide insights through regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide training and support for procurement systems and tools.
  • Ensure smooth logistical operations by managing shipping and courier services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant of procurement related activities.
  • Post Graduate in Finance/Accounts.
  • Proficient in Coupa, NetSuite, Concur and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in Procurement or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Corporate card programs and Travel & Expense processes.
  • Prior experience with basic Accounting and Accounts Payable processes is preferred.
  • Available to work flexible hours to support global stakeholders especially in the US.
  • Proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and travel management teams.
  • Experience with procurement and financial systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
