Rapid7’s Customer Excellence Team is responsible for building insights, customer knowledge, and marketing programs that help Rapid7’s customers get value from our products and services.
About the Role
As the Senior Customer Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing messages and touchpoints to Rapid7’s customers, supporting them progressing through the stages of the journey including onboarding, and driving health and usage / renewals.
In this role, you will:
Create integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns to customers that drive engagement and help customers achieve value through product adoption
Design and execute hands-on experiences for customers throughout their journey, including webinars
Analyze customer data and extract actionable insights to make data-driven improvements in customer usage and adoption
Organize and manage cross-functional projects with stakeholders from product, UX, and product marketing
Deliver key performance metrics to the business on customer health improvement on a regular basis
Act as an evangelist for the customer, and advocate for a customer-first mindset
The skills you’ll bring include:
Highly customer focused and oriented
Minimum of 4 years experience in marketing
Ability to collaborate and build cross-functional relationships across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
High degree of emotional intelligence, able to empathize with customers and nurture relationships with them
Strong written and verbal communication skills
B2B marketing experience with technology/SAAS preferred
Experience in marketing automation platform, like Marketo, preferred
