Job Description Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement and renewals by designing and executing engaging customer marketing experiences.Reporting to the Associate Manager, Customer Marketing as part of the Solution and Customer Marketing team, and working closely with sales, customer success, product, and marketing, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and fueling growth. You will develop and execute marketing programs that enhance adoption, drive renewals, increase expansion opportunities and build advocacy, ultimately driving long-term success for our customers and business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Driving Renewals & Retention. Develop renewal-focused marketing programs that reinforce the ongoing value of Rocket Software.
Supporting Adoption & Value Realization. Develop and execute targeted campaigns that help customers successfully adopt and deploy Rocket Software solutions.
Increasing Cross-Sell & Upsell Opportunities. Develop campaigns that identify and promote relevant cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
Building Customer Advocacy & Community Engagement. Support and expand customer advocacy programs by partnering with the Customer Community team to foster engagement.
Collaborating cross-functionally: Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align customer marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer marketing programs.
Customer Insights: Utilize customer data and insights to personalize and optimize marketing strategies and communications, ensuring relevance and impact.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of B2B software marketing experience and the ability to address complex marketing challenges independently; on-premises software experience ideal.
Proven track record of influencing gross retention.
Autonomy and authority to make decisions that influence customer marketing strategies. Ability to offer insights, recommendations, and contribute to strategic planning.
Ability to drive innovation by developing fresh, creative and comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing campaign execution and taking a leadership role in driving customer engagement initiatives.
Digital marketing & automation proficiency including email marketing, webinars, community engagement, and content marketing.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, set priorities, and execute marketing programs effectively.
Proficiency in analyzing customer insights, measuring campaign performance, and optimizing strategies based on data.
Proven ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders making a broad organizational impact. Influencing cross-functional teams and advocating for the team in organizational initiatives.
