What’s the role
Work as Technical Lead using Tririga Platform & Applications by guiding and delivering through members in the team
Be up to date on the technological aspects in terms of the application/tool capabilities to be able to recommend the right solution for the right business demand/purpose including its fitness of purpose
Virtual working in a global environment with culturally diverse teams and across many organizational boundaries (within and across IT support and delivery organizations, incl. suppliers)
Managing multiple delivery priorities, multiple demand requests and complex (integration) issues while having the ability to learn domain skills expected in Shell Retail
High degree of application, technology and SaaS landscape complexity and integration
Working as one team through a strong working relationship with Product Line Managers (PLMs), Project Manager & Business Users in business support teams to ensure seamless development and deployments of changes and maximum added value for the business by proposing continuous improvements in line with the business needs and strategy
What you will bring
8 to 14 years of corporate IT experience with a 4-year Degree related to IT
Technical lead experience with hands on experience in Configuration/Implementation/Support and Maintenance of various modules of IBM TRIRIGA on domains like Real Estate Management, Accounting and Capital Projects
TRIRIGA Application Development experience including UI-UX. Translate wireframes to High quality code
Extensive knowledge of IBM TIRIRIGA platform (Data modeler, Form builder, Report Manager, Workflow Builder, reports)
Experience in producing/consuming REST API services and JavaScript Add-ons and designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
Hands on experience of Spring MVC framework of Java, and languages such as Java, JavaScript, Eclipse, BIRT, VSTS, DB2, Oracle, GitHub
