Job Description:

Typically:
• Leads IT-driven business change in a programme or project environment. The role works on one or multiple change programmes, with oversight or leadership from a Transformational Change Manager. Deploys measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives, usually in an Agile context.
• Coordinates multiple large tactical or strategic IT Change projects.
o Leads large programmes of high complexity and risk. Typical programme size: 20-30 FTE
OR
o A Project Manager leading large complexity/high-risk projects requiring focus on stakeholder partnership, strategic planning, return on investment, and business outcome attainment while growing the capabilities and effectiveness of the team. Typical project size: 20-30 FTE. Responsible for developing the skills of team members through coaching and delegation.
• Frequent exposure to / interaction with very senior levels of business leadership – EC-1 and EC-2.
• Subject matter expert (SME) input concerning assigned IT systems / domains. Senior member of Transformational IT Change practice. Individual delivery of high impact business transformation and change management strategies. Partners with IT Line of Business leadership teams in the development of Change Strategies to support delivery of business value. Liaises regularly with internal and external partner organisations, for the provision of consulting services.
