The role will support end-to-end Graduate Development operations, ensuring smooth execution of Shell Graduate Program (SGP)-related processes and activities to facilitate a best-in-class graduate experience.

The role will have a strong working relationship with Talent Excellence, Talent Advisors, HR in the Business, and HR Operations and Employee Experience. Client types include stakeholders of different seniority (from Graduates, Line Managers, Talent Advisors, Learning Advisors, Business and Discipline Heads and Representatives to HR Advice, HR Services Process Managers to VP Talent Excellence).

About the role

As the Graduate Operations Advisor, you are expected to:

  • Provide expertise and support to Graduate Development and other high touch processes with exposure to TalentNet and Senior Stakeholders in the Business.
  • Monitor and support Graduate milestones to ensure objectives of the Shell Graduate Program are met.
  • Responsible for Continuous Improvement and sharing best practices within and outside the team. This includes delivery of improvement initiatives through partnering with HR Experience Leads and Process Analysts (Resource & Develop), Business, and Talent Excellence.
  • Participate in local and global Talent projects. Represent Talent Operations in various forums and preparing/giving presentation on Talent topics. Act as a Country, Business or Talent Process Focal Point.
  • Support implementation and development of our Talent and D&I policies, including subsequent processes and projects, sponsored by Talent Net or HRE. Coordinate with a variety of colleagues across the organization to drive projects or offer change management support where needed
  • Conduct Annual Assurance Checks and After-Action Reviews (AAR) for Graduate Operations, or other Talent Activities and Processes.

What we need from you

  • Demonstrates customer focus in a culturally diverse environment and maintains credibility and strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Can handle complex and confidential individual cases with minimal supervision
  • Able to work under pressure, whereby setting priorities is key to deliver quality output on time
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including sensitive or challenging discussions. Adapts in an environment with a variety of stakeholders, both in terms of seniority, location, and discipline.
  • Can identify and apply best practices to increase efficiency, demonstrating drive for continuous improvement by addressing issues or gaps and implementing new solutions.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in Shared Services or relevant experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
  • Previous experience as a HR Generalist and/or Talent Management is a plus
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and project management skills is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Talent/HR Tools, Systems & Processes is an advantage
  • Amenable to report following a mid-shift working pattern (3pm to 12mn PH time)
