As one of the painters in Dynapower's Sheet Metal department, you are responsible for cleaning and prepping our sheet metal panels so you can then apply primer and finishing coats of paint. This ensures our product not only looks good but can also withstand any environmental conditions it may be exposed to. You have experience with water base paint and epoxy and are familiar with using engineering documentation to visualize the final product and figure out assembly details. Starting pay is $20 - 25 per hour, you'll get a $2000 sign-on bonus, AND you'll be eligible for all your medical benefits (health/dental/vision) on your first day!
What You'll Be Doing
On an average day, you’ll
Clean sheet metal panels using a high-pressure washer.
Prep the panels further through sanding and grinding, if needed.
Apply primer and finishing coats of paint.
Put safety first, all day every day.
What You Need To Apply
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Metal preparation and painting experience

Work Environment
This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled from Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. - we have flexible hours, allowing you to start your day anytime between 6 and 8 a.m. This position works in a manufacturing production environment. This role routinely uses standard personal protective equipment such as required Safety Glasses and Safety shoes, as well as head and hearing protection and gloves, as required.
