The Korea Commercial Director is responsible for providing leadership, strategy and direction to their respective team. This position will partner with key leaders to formulate and implement long-term strategies as well as create tactical plans to achieve desired sales targets. Supports Asia leader in providing critical input to STINT, and responsible for key strategic customer relationships for our Global customer base. Partners with global team to get input, and connect our Korea customers to our global team and footprint. Presents on customer strategy, and growth and partners with our Product group to ensure they have VOC input.

General Responsibilities
• Support an annual business plan that provides a unit operational budget that supports the revenue and profitability goals of the Company
• Directs team and overall business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goals
• Directs and assigns resources, workloads and manage schedules to ensure timely deliverables
• Oversees employee recruitment and performance evaluation activities of staff
• Drives positive relationships with the staff and customer base
• Evaluates division performance and develops new strategies for performance improvements
• Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed
• Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency
• Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans
Oversees the training, development, and on-going motivation of local sales team
• Directs the annual plan, quarterly updates, and long range planning processes
• Oversees organization reports and biweekly highlights
• Creates and implements sales structure
• Responsible for sales organization with regard to account strategies, tactics, and management contacts
• Oversees priorities and bonus outcomes for the sales team to ensure closure of key programs create training plans for each sales team to handle the dynamic nature of the market and counter the increasing array of purchasing tactics employed


Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
