The Customer Service Support Specialist will be part of the client support team. This individual mainly will be dealing with technicians, partners and clients and will organize workflow. This role will not only oversee the organization and scheduling of services but will also be deeply involved in the technical aspects of AUTO and IOT tracking devices.

General Responsibilities

Workflow Coordination: Effectively organize and schedule jobs for technicians and partners with clients, ensuring an efficient and seamless operation.

Technical Support: Utilize your good technical knowledge of AUTO and IOT tracking devices to provide support, to solve client issues.

Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client support, addressing queries and concerns through phone and email communications.

Continuous Learning: Constantly deepen your understanding of GPS tracking platforms' functionality to remain competitive and meet daily customer needs.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by working independently and with team members to resolve client issues.

Requirements for the candidate

  • Experience: Proven track record in customer support, with direct experience in the technical aspects of AUTO and IOT tracking devices preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Telecommunications.

  • Communication Skills: Verbal and written Lithuanian, English communication skills, including fluent telephone communication skills. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.

  • Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in technology with a quick ability to learn new systems and adapt to technological advancements.

  • Soft Skills: High motivation to work, coupled with a quick learning capability and an open, proactive mindset. Must have the ability to absorb information rapidly and adapt to changing situations.

  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

We offering a salary of up to €18,000 (gross) for this role.
